Nice Pack Industries was established in 1994 by Shri P. T. Shah and Mr. Atul Shah with the ambition of building a respected paper-packaging company.
The company began with corrugated packaging and progressively expanded into paper honeycomb manufacturing. Over time, this development opened new opportunities across protective packaging, structural paper applications and diversified industrial markets.
Today, our direction remains grounded in the same principles: consistent quality, timely delivery, ethical business practices, environmental responsibility and long-term customer relationships.

Late Shri Popatlal Shah
Founder & Inspiration
Late Shri Popatlal Shah was the thinker, conceptualiser and inspiration behind Nice Pack Industries Pvt. Ltd. His journey began in a small town in Gujarat and continued in the fast-moving business environment of Mumbai.
With an education in law, strong business understanding and the ability to recognise opportunity, he identified the potential of the corrugated packaging industry. He established the company with conviction and created a solid platform for future generations.
Mr. Atul Shah
Driving Force & Business Leader
Mr. Atul Shah represents the execution, determination and leadership behind his father’s vision. Joining the business at a young age, he began at the operational level to understand every aspect of corrugated manufacturing.
His hands-on approach, willingness to take calculated risks and focus on performance helped Nice Pack Industries earn recognition, expand into new areas and build a respected name in the corrugation sector.
