Which packaging solution is best for my product?
Corrugated packaging is well suited to general shipping, retail and storage requirements. Paper honeycomb is typically considered when the application needs higher compression strength, lower packaging weight, custom load support or an alternative to selected foam and timber components. Our team can review your product dimensions, weight and transit conditions before recommending a structure.
Can Nice Pack manufacture custom packaging sizes?
Yes. Corrugated and paper honeycomb solutions can be developed around product dimensions, load requirements, handling conditions, print needs and order volume. Final feasibility depends on the selected material, construction and production quantity.
Are corrugated and honeycomb packaging recyclable?
Both are primarily paper-based and are generally suitable for paper and cardboard recovery streams when they are clean and free from incompatible coatings or contaminants. Local collection and recycling rules should always be confirmed.
Is paper honeycomb a replacement for foam or timber?
Paper honeycomb can replace selected foam, plastic and timber packaging components in suitable applications. The final decision should follow load testing, transit-risk assessment and application-specific engineering.
Are paper tubes currently available?
Not yet. Paper tube production is an upcoming expansion currently in our pipeline. Commercial availability, specifications and timelines will be announced after commissioning and validation.
